According to The Guardian report, famous author Michael Lewis is writing a book on the crypto exchange FTX and his founder Sam Bankman-Fried.

A leaked email from CAA agent Matthew Snyder, seen by The Ankler, revealed that Lewis has been shadowing SBF for the last six months.

Though Lewis “hasn’t written anything yet”, the email from Snyder noted, “the story has become too big for us to wait.”

SBF resigned as the CEO of FTX last week as the company filed for bankruptcy in the US.

Micahel Lewis is a bestselling author known for writing books on Wall Street like The Big Short and Flash Boys.

The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine was later adapted into the Academy Award winning movie starring Brad Pitt and Christian Bale.

The fall of FTX within a week has nothing been short of cinematic.
