Binance Has Been Accused Of This

As per the Reuters report, a group of French crypto investors have filed a criminal complaint against Binance.

They have accused Binance of misleading the public and promoting its services before it was legally allowed do so in the country.

Lawyers Etienne de Dreuille and Baptiste Bonhomme told Reuters that a complaint was filed on charges including "misleading commercial practice".

The group, which was a client of the platform, has filed a complaint with the Paris prosecution office.

However, the prosecution office and Binance have not replied to it.

Also, this complaint does not automatically mean that the French Prosecutor's will launch a formal investigation following the complaint.

Recently, Binance experienced a large spike in customer withdrawals and due to this crypto community fears another massive crash.
