Caroline Ellison And Gary Wang have pleaded guilty to fraud charges in connection with FTX collapse.

Caroline and Wang both are said to be helping the SEC build a case against FTX founder SBF.

Both SBF’s colleagues admitted to the charges and agreed to cooperate with authorities in their ongoing investigations.

The US SEC and CFTC also announced civil charges against Ellison and Wang.

The announcements came shortly after SBF departed the Bahamas following his extradition to the US.

SEC chair Gary Gensler said until crypto platforms comply with time-tested securities laws, risks to investors will persist.

Ellison was already expected to flip on SBF to get a plea deal.
