SBF To Attend NYT Event Alongside Meta, Amazon CEOs

SBF will make his first public appearance since filing for bankruptcy for his crypto exchange FTX on November 11.

SBF tweeted Wednesday that he will honor his commitment to attend the NYT event on November 30.

Crypto community is outraged that SBF will be given a platform alongside Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and other prominent personalities.

Elon Musk and several others from the crypto industry have criticized the coverage of SBF and FTX this month.

The mainstream media has been soft on SBF instead of calling him out for fraud and money laundering, many have complained.

However, NYT columnist who will talk to SBF assured that “nothing will be off limits.”

FTX filed for bankruptcy on Nov 11, 2022, sending the entire crypto industry in a downward spiral.
