CZ Blames Himself For Raising FTX Concerns

"Too Late"

November 24, 2022

In a video interview, Changpeng Zhao, Binance of CEO, blames himself for tweeting and highlighting about FTX Concerns too late.

He detailed that “As an industry we let FTX get too big before we started questioning some of those things”.

Earlier, Zhao tweeted about the decision to offload 23 million tokens due to “recent revelations that have come to light,” without giving more details.

He mentioned, it was “post-exit risk management, learning from Luna” and specified that the move was not against a competitor.

FTT, the token of the crypto exchange FTX, has lost most of its value after the Binance rivalry.

On November 11, FTX and its affiliates filed for bankruptcy after SBF resigned from his CEO position.

Following the downfall of FTX, CZ has solidified its position as an industry figure and key leader.
