Tension Between Apple And Elon Musk Over Twitter

November 24, 2022

Elon Musk want to significantly increase the amount of money the company gets from subscriptions.

But Musk's plans for Twitter could clash with two biggest tech companies, Apple and Google.

Musk’s vision for “Twitter 2.0” may violate Apple or Google’s app rules.

This can slow down the company or even gets its software booted from app stores.

Last week, Musk tweeted about the app store fees Google and Apple charge companies like Twitter.

He tweeted, “It is a hidden 30% tax on the Internet.” Also, he tagged the Department of Justice’s antitrust division.

Recently, Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior executive responsible for Apple App Store deactivated his Twitter account.
