Elon Musk Calls FTX Coverage Biggest Journalistic Integrity Failure

November 24, 2022

Elon Musk called FTX coverage “one the biggest failures in US journalistic integrity of the 21st century.”

Twitter owner replied under a report by New York Times on Twitter, questioning their journalistic integrity.

Earlier, a few days after FTX filed for bankruptcy, NYT had done a piece on SBF which was widely criticized by the crypto community.

XRP lawyer had earlier tweeted that journalists who are not using words like “fraud” “criminal” when covering SBF are not doing their job.

Elon Musk had earlier tweeted that SBF set off his “BS detector” when he approached to invest in Twitter.

In another tweet, Elon Musk said FTX would still be solvent if SBF was as good at running the exchange as he was at bribing the media.

However, Jack Dorsey replied to Elon Musk saying, coverage of Iraq and weapons of mass destruction by US media was a bigger failure.
