Employees Reject Twitter 2.0, More Exits After Musk's Email

A number of Twitter employees, who agreed on Elon Musk's Twitter 2.0 last week, have left the microblogging site.

Bloomberg reported that the exits began on Sunday evening.

Musk is trying to balance layoffs across the technical and sales sides of Twitter, Bloomberg also reported.

Last week, Twitter's new boss had sent an email to Twitter employees about the company's hardcore work culture.

Since the Twitter takeover, Musk has been trying hard to convince its employees about long working hours and company’s hardcore work culture.

Reports said that Twitter’s sales team employees were part of the layoffs on Sunday evening.

Musk is cutting more roles in an effort to balance out remaining employees across sales and technical sides of the company after deep cuts in engineering, Bloomberg reported.
