In a letter to the Tesla board, Elizabeth Warren asked if investors have been harmed by Elon Musk’s involvement with Twitter.

Warren reminded Tesla board that it is their legal obligation to ensure that its CEO is meeting all his legal responsibilities and serving as an effective leader.

Warren also questioned whether Musk is diverting resources from Tesla to Twitter.

Warren also suggested the possibility of Musk intentionally shortchanging either Twitter or Tesla to benefit the other.

Tesla’s stock has fallen sharply this year and remains under pressure, Warren noted.

Elon Musk has also since lost his title of the world’s richest personality.

Tesla shares are up 4.97% in pre market since Musk put out a Twitter poll suggesting he’d quit as Twitter CEO.
