Where is Terra Founder Do Kwon?

As per the reports, Terraform Labs Founder Do Kwon is likely to be in Serbia.

Also, South Korea is seeking cooperation from Serbia. An official at South Korea's Justice Ministry declined to comment.

This comes after Seoul court dismissed an arrest warrant for Daniel Shin, another founder of Terraform.

Court said there is no need to arrest Daniel Shin because he neither fled nor destroyed evidence.

Earlier, Interpol issued a red notice against Kwon and South Korean prosecutors declared him as a fugitive.

Kwon is currently wanted by authorities in his native South Korea for allegedly violating the country's Capital Markets Act.

In May, the TerraUSD stablecoin crashed, wiping out approximately $40 billion in value.
