TIME President Will Join Crypto Startup MoonPay As President

TIME president Keith Grossman is joining crypto startup MoonPay as president to lead its enterprise business.

Grossman, a staunch advocate of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, will start its new role at MoonPay from December 31.

Working for the media company’s NFT business, TIMEPieces, Grossman had generated more than $10 million profit along the way.

Before TIME, he had held leadership position at major publishers including Bloomberg and Condé Nast-owned Wired.

“I’ve spent the past year operationalizing it,” Grossman said in a CNBC interview.

Earlier this month, Time CEO Edward Felsenthal had left his position, though he retains his editor-in-chief position and is taking on the additional role of executive chairman.

Jessica Sibley, who was most recently the chief operating officer at Forbes, is now Time CEO.
