Twitter’s Headquarter Rent Not Paid; Reports

As per the NYT reports, to cut costs, Twitter has not paid rent for its San Francisco headquarters.

In addition to it, Twitter has also not paid rent for its global offices for weeks, three people close to the company said.

Reportedly, Twitter has also refused to pay a $197,725 bill for private charter flights made the week of Musk’s takeover.

Meanwhile, Twitter will sell hundreds of surplus office supplies at auction as per Heritage Global Partners, which is organizing the sale.

These items are listed on the online site BidSpotter titled as “Online Auction Sale Featuring Surplus Corporate Office Assets of Twitter”.

The auction will begin on January 17, 2023, and end on January 18.

Items up for auction include kitchen appliances, Twitter sculptures, and office chairs with most items starting at $25 and $50.
